Gamers will also get a chance to try out the new character creation tools, and see how the way they define their players will now impact their actual performance on the court. On the other hand, some publications are reporting that “The Prelude” will conclude before the NBA Draft, but it’s not clear if that’s true or not. It only makes sense for them to keep it active anyway, as it will give them a lot of extra exposure for the title. It’s not clear if the publisher plans to keep the demo available after the full game has been released or not, but they will likely not take it down that soon. “The Prelude”, as the demo is called, will be available on September 9, giving gamers almost two weeks to explore the game’s campaign mode and make some progress in it. The new “NBA 2K17” is a good example of that, as it’s just been announced that the game will allow players to get a head start in the career mode without having to worry about losing it later. This is a common issue with poorly planned demos, but many companies have started to implement the ability to transfer saved games from a demo to the full product. One problem gamers always tend to have with game demos is losing their progress once they’ve made the choice to upgrade to the full game. ![]()
